Fee policy

Behind our pricing

In order to supply workplace agreement resources to you, we undertake prerequisite work being detailed reading of industrial award conditions, collective work agreements and (on request) individual agreements and duty statements that are relevant to your circumstances.

Under our terms and conditions, supply is billed when it is due to commence or be provided.  

• Our supply to you might be fulfilled in a single resource, or

• Our supply to you might be fulfilled in a series of resources.

• We may ask you to pay in advance of supply, or into our statutory trust account.

• If we haven’t received payment for a due invoice, we don’t agree to supply the next resource in the series, or another resource, and we don’t permit you to use what we’ve supplied until we receive full payment.

To proceed beyond a first consultation, you should instruct us to supply one or more code items from the MatarazzIR™ resources.

• Fees are inclusive of GST, based on $250 per hour, and may be subject to change. 

• Fees are capped, per resource, up to 40 hours' work, at the high-range fee as follows: $750 up to $6,400 to provide informational calculations and or clauses. 

Typically, a quote for calculations and or clauses is built on 4 hours' work (inclusive of the prerequisite detailed reading) plus 30 minutes for every industrial instrument (award or work agreement), job classification pay point and pay year or period that is involved. For clarity, 'involved' includes instruments, classifications and pay years that provide necessary relativity in order to accurately match prescribed terms to your instructions.
